Kairos IoE was created to help organisations move beyond random posts, rushed websites and last-minute design sprints. We believe digital should do more than fill feeds; it should support clearer stories, better decisions and everyday actions that move people, including voters, learners, customers, citizens and staff.

Rooted in KwaZulu-Natal and working across South Africa, we design and maintain digital systems that connect directly to campaigns, programmes and service delivery. Our team brings experience from political communication, education, social impact, public service and brand work, and we translate complex issues into simple journeys people can actually follow.

    Viroshen Chetty is the CEO of Kairos IoE, the digital and innovation studio of the Kairos Media Group, and an integrated communication strategist. 

    He helps organisations turn complex ideas and scattered content into clear narratives and digital journeys that people can actually follow. Drawing on experience in media, education, public service and election campaigns, as well as extensive experience working on apps, dashboards and EdTech, Viroshen designs solutions that are both creative and operational.

    His work bridges strategy, storytelling and technology: from message frameworks and scripts to AI-assisted content workflows, simple interfaces and tools that teams can use in real time. Known for his editorial eye, systems thinking and calm, analytical approach, Viroshen leads Kairos IoE with a focus on clarity, ethics and measurable impact. Under his leadership, Kairos IoE acts as the digital engine for the group and its partners, helping public institutions, political organisations, NGOs and brands communicate more clearly, experiment safely with new technology and build communication systems that last.
